What are the risks of Snorble being hacked?
We made Snorble for our families as well as yours, and safety was one of our biggest concerns. We went to great lengths to ensure a system that can work stand-alone so that Snorble is safe to use for everyone. Your kids can take it outside, in the car, etc. It only needs to connect to the Internet for updates, which are done only when you approve them. This way, Snorble isn’t online in the same way that so many other systems are, which helps to eliminate many of the common issues.

Does Snorble only read bedtime stories?
Snorble is more than just a bedtime story reader. We’ve created Snorble to support children in developing healthy habits that can benefit them throughout their day and at night, so there are numerous activities and other things based on suggestions and feedback from experts in child development and other fields, as well as from our own experiences as parents.

How many stories does Snorble come with?
We currently have a number of stories written by a former Walt Disney Imagineer, and we will be working on expanding that both before our launch and after. With a magical land like Lullaboo that’s filled with countless adorable creatures, we’ve got plenty of great ideas for tales to help your little one fall asleep each night.

Won’t my child be up all night talking with Snorble?
We know how persistent kids can be, especially at night when they don’t want to sleep. So, that’s why you can customize just how much Snorble engages with them after your bedtime routine is complete. Rest assured, if you’d rather not have them asking “why?” all night, then there are options to keep that from happening!

Is there a Snorble for adults?
Snorble is specifically developed for children (ages 1-5) when it comes to a number of the options and tools we offer, but we have had a lot of adults express interest in a version specifically for them. So, maybe we’ll expand our demographic in the future!

Can Snorble work with multiple children?
Snorble can engage with multiple children in a number of ways. However, things such as the bedtime routine are developed specifically for each child based on a number of factors, so we recommend one Snorble for each child in order to obtain the best results.

How much is the premium app subscription normally?
We are aiming for somewhere between $4.99 to $6.99 per month depending on the feature roll out. That being said, the subscription won’t be mandatory, and the basic app will offer a number of features and tools without charge.

What is the age range for Snorble?
Kids of all ages love Snorble. It’s essentially an animated character brought to life. So, if your kids love cartoons, they will love Snorble. However, the sleep routines are designed for the critical ages of 1-5 years old, so they may not be as effective for older children. That being said, there are so many other beneficial things that Snorble offers such as interactive storytelling, yoga, and meditation that would be great for children of all ages.

What if I'm concerned about my child's screen time?
We designed Snorble to be unlike many other electronics. We haven’t created another screen for your child to get lost in. We’ve created an animated character that encourages mental and physical activity for your little one through educational activities, fun games, exercises promoting well-being, and conversation.

What about blue light exposure prior to sleep?
Our little buddy doesn’t have a screen like a phone or tablet, and we purposely designed them that way. Due to our innovative technology, we are able to ensure that Snorble emits no blue light, which means they don’t disrupt the secretion of melatonin prior to bedtime. In comparison to many other electronics, this is one of the many reasons why Snorble is well-suited to be a bedtime buddy for your child! :)

What languages does Snorble understand?
Currently, Snorble only understands English. However, we do hope to expand that to other languages in the future. When this happens, each new language would be made available through an update, so you will not need to purchase a new Snorble.

Having consulted our manufacturing and shipping partners and assessed the likely ongoing challenges associated with the pandemic, we now plan to ship in June 2022. I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
